New York-based Enlightened (eatenlightened.com) expands its better-for-you cheesecake lineup with a pair of Greek yogurt-based varieties. Built on a graham cracker crust and topped with a dollop of whipped cream, the newcomers come in both Original and Dark Chocolate flavors, each of which delivers 5 to 6 grams of protein. They’re sweetened with a blend of cane sugar and allulose and contain up to 50% less sugar than traditional cheesecake.
