Paul Chapa is the sales director and co-founder of Frozen & Refrigerated Buyer. His first job at age ten was caring for his blind great-grandmother each day after school. Wanting to help people led to a degree in Psychology. Paul spent ten years with Sprint Publishing when a conversation with a friend about career opportunities in the toreador business led him to move to Tijuana for seven exciting years in the ring. But he got injured on the job and moved on to trade publishing.

No one could have predicted that starting Frozen & Refrigerated Buyer in 2009 would lead to finding a way to serve after 9/11 and creating Friends In Service of Heroes, a 501c3 serving active duty military, veterans, and first responders. Paul has received the prestigious Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation National Semper Fidelis Award and most recently the Marine Corps League Citizen Award. Paul loves cats; he has 4! We think his granny would be proud.
