Alexia Foods (alexiafoods.com), part of Chicago-based ConAgra’s family of brands, adds two chef-inspired varieties to its line of premium vegetable sides, now in redesigned packaging. Expected to hit stores this summer, the newcomers include Loaded Cauliflower with aged white cheddar and Mexican-Style Street Corn with guajillo chile. Made with organic, rBST-free dairy and other quality ingredients, the gluten-free starch replacements cook in 10 minutes or less and require no additional ingredients. Packed eight to a case, each 10-ounce package is expected to retail for $3.69 to $3.99.
