Miyoko’s Kitchen (miyokoskitchen.com), Petaluma, Calif., unveils a collection of certified organic, vegan cream cheeses and cheese spreads made from plants. Traditionally cultured, the dairy- and gluten-free, nut-based cream cheeses come in Plainly Classic, Sensational Scallion and Un-Lox Your Dreams flavors while the Roadhouse cheese spreads are available in Cheers to Cheddah, Biergarten Garlic Chive and Spicy Revolution varieties. The cream cheeses are expected to retail for $5.99; the cheese spreads, $6.99. Both come in 8-ounce tubs packed six to a case.
