Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Brooklyn, N.Y., expands its line of made-from-scratch dairy and vegan pints with six new Ice Cream Bars. Made with the same premium, simple ingredients as the company’s flagship ice cream, the collection includes three dairy and three vegan varieties, all finished with a thick layer of custom-blended fair trade chocolate and crunchy toppings. Available flavors include dairy-based Vanilla Caramel Swirl, Toffee Brown Sugar and Raspberry Cheesecake, and vegan oat milk-based Vanilla Wildberry Swirl, Brown Sugar Honeycomb, and Triple Chocolate Swirl. Packed eight to a case, each 9.2-ounce box includes four individually wrapped bars. SRP is $12.
