The Tippmann Group, Ft. Wayne, Ind., plans an August opening of its $30 million cold storage facility in Anderson, Ind.

The 250,000-square-foot building, which will be operated by Tippmann subsidiary Interstate Warehousing, is expected to employ 60 people when it opens. Eventually, the project will cover 1 million square feet and employ 200. Crews broke ground in November.
