Billed as the first of their kind, the grab-and-go vegan sides come in three gluten-free, clean-label varieties: Golden Beet, Kale & Swiss Chard; Sweet Potato, Quinoa & Kale; and Black Bean & Chickpea. The 12-ounce salads boast a 45-day extended shelf life, without preservatives or additives, thanks to the use of HPP technology. Packed six to a case, they carry a $5.99 SRP. Cedarlane also rolls out four HPP-processed gluten-free Organic Salads.
