(ohlaitohlait.com), South Orange, N.J., launches five premium ice cream pints inspired by fruits and flavors of the Caribbean: Caribbean Chocolate, made with dark chocolate combined with vanilla and cinnamon flavors; Mango, featuring a bold fruit taste naturally flavored with cinnamon and nutmeg; Coquito, made with coconut cream with plump rum-soaked raisins; Guanabana, a creamy, sweet and tart flavor that starts out sweet but has a tart finish; and Rum Cake, featuring sweet cream with almond extract, real rum and marzipan bits.
