Cypress Grove (cypressgrovecheese.com), Arcata, Calif., launches a line of single-serve goat milk cheeses. The fresh, 1-ounce disks are available in five of the company’s most popular varieties, including PsycheDillic (with dill and dill pollen), Purple Haze (with lavender and fennel pollen), Herbs de Humboldt (with herbs de Provence), Sgt. Pepper (with chili, curry and harissa), and Ms. Natural (pure and simple). Offered in 15-count cases, the personal-size cheeses are expected to sell for around $1.99 apiece.
