Garner, N.C.-based Butterball (butterball.com) introduces a Boneless Turkey Breast Roast made from 100% breast meat ideal for smaller gatherings and everyday meals. Offered in the refrigerated section, the vacuum-sealed product is already thawed, so it’s ready to eat in less than two hours. It can be prepared in a variety of ways: in a conventional oven, on the grill or in a smoker, pressure cooker or slow cooker. Packed six to a case, the turkey breasts are expected to sell for $5.49 a pound.
