La Clare Family Creamery (laclarefamilycreamery.com) adds convenient, ready-to-serve slices to its line of premium goat milk cheeses. Billed as a category first, the 1-ounce slices separated by parchment paper come in three flavors — Cheddar, Jack and Mozzarella — and are available under two different brands, depending on where the product is merchandised: La Clare for the deli section and Simply Dairy for the dairy department. Packed eight to a case, each six-slice, 6-ounce package is expected to retail for $7.99 to $8.99.
