Konscious Foods (konscious.com), Richmond, British Columbia, debuts a line of Non-GMO Project Verified plant-based frozen seafood, including Sushi Rolls, Onigiri and Poke Bowls. Sushi Rolls are offered in four flavors (California, Spicy California, Tuna Avocado and Rainbow), each of which comes with a packet of gluten-free tamari sauce. Each 7.4-ounce package includes eight rolls. Onigiri is also offered in four flavors (Kale Gomae, Roasted Corn & Poblano, Korean BBQ Mushroom and Japanese Vegetable Curry); each 7.2-ounce box contains two pieces. Single-serve 10.3-ounce Poke Bowls are available in both Tuna and Salmon flavors. All 10 SKUs are gluten-free and vegan. SRPs are $8.99 for the Sushi Rolls and Poke Bowls and $7.99 for the Onigiri. All are packed eight to a case.
