Treeline Cheese (treelinecheese.com), Kingston, N.Y., launches a line of ethically sourced cashew-based slices and shreds. Billed as the only non-dairy brand on the market that doesn’t use coconut or other tropical oils, the vegan cheeses contain less than half the saturated fat of dairy cheese but offer the same rich, creamy mouthfeel and meltability. The collection includes Cheddar, American and Pepperjack Slices and Cheddar and Mozzarella Shreds. All six SKUs come in resealable 7-ounce packages (eight per display-ready case) with a $5.99 SRP.
