Pennsauken, N.J.-based J&J Snack Foods expands its line of SUPERPRETZEL Filled Soft Pretzel Bites (superpretzel.com) with a new Pizza flavor. Filled with parmesan cheese and tomato sauce and topped with mozzarella and parmesan, the microwave-ready “poppable” snacks deliver up to 7 grams of protein per serving. And since they’re baked, not fried, pretzel bites represent a better-for-you choice versus many other frozen snacks, according to the company. Packed six to a case, each 13-ounce box is expected to retail for $3.99 to $5.99.
