Austin, Texas-based Vital Farms (vitalfarms.com) debuts what it says is the category’s first pasture-raised hard-boiled eggs. Offered in six-count, 9.3-ounce boxes that include three grab-and-go two-packs for healthy on-the-go snacking, the eggs come from Certified Humane Pasture-Raised hens given at least 108 square feet each of outdoor space to roam and forage. Each two-pack comes with its own salt and pepper packet and delivers 12 grams of protein. Boxes are packed 10 to a case and carry a $5.99 SRP.
