Portland, Ore.-based Lilly’s Foods (lillysfoods.com) expands outside the hummus category with a new line of fresh, small-batch salsa. The Non GMO Project-verified, organic collection includes four naturally gluten-free, vegan varieties: Original, Mango, Black Bean & Corn and Pineapple. They’re offered in resealable 12-ounce tubs and 3.5-ounce single-serves sold in four-packs. SRPs are $3.49 and $3.99, respectively. Both are packed six to a case.
