La Farge, Wis.-based Organic Valley (organicvalley.coop) offers a rebranded, repackaged and reformulated line of organic deli meats under its flagship Organic Valley brand. Formerly sold under the Organic Prairie label, the ready-to-eat meats come from animals humanely raised on diverse, sustainable family farms without antibiotics, synthetic hormones, toxic pesticides or GMOs. Boasting even bolder flavors than before, available varieties include Uncured Ham, Smoked Turkey, Roast Turkey, 100% Grass-Fed Roast Beef, Roast Chicken, Uncured Pepperoni and Summer Sausage. All seven are free of binders, fillers, carrageenan, gluten and casein. Now packaged in easy-open, BPA-free, recyclable 6-ounce trays with improved peelability (Uncured Pepperoni is in a 5-ounce tray), the deli meats are packed 10 to a case. SRP is $5.99 to $7.99.
