Los Angeles-based My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream (mymomochi.com) launches a line of non-dairy, vegan Mochi Cashew Cream Frozen Desserts. Made with a scoop of frozen cashew cream wrapped in sweet, soft rice dough, the plant-based, dairy-free snacks come in four flavors, each with 100 calories or less per serving: Strawberry, Vanilla, Chocolate and Salted Caramel. Each 9.1-ounce box contains six 1.5-ounce pieces. SRP is $6.99. My/Mo also expands into ice cream pints with a collection of premium Ice Cream with Mochi Bits. Available flavors include Strawberry, Mango, Green Tea, Chocolate and Salted Caramel, all gluten-free. Each 16-ounce pint is expected to retail for $5.99.
