Annasea Foods Group (annasea.com), Kent, Wash., adds two new mix-and-serve varieties to its 10-SKU lineup of authentic Hawaiian frozen poke meal kits. The California Roll Ahi Tuna kit includes wild-caught Ahi tuna, imitation crab, sesame oil, kukui nuts and Japanese horseradish while the Sweet Chili variety features ready-to-eat Japanese-style deep fried tofu and sesame seeds. Both come with a 2-ounce packet of traditional poke sauce. Packed 12 to a case, each 10-ounce kit yields two to three servings. SRP is $9.99.
