To celebrate its 85th anniversary, Prairie Farms, Edwardsville, Ill., enters the frozen novelty category with its Just Dipped Mini Classic Ice Cream Bars. The 1.5-ounce snack-size bars start with premium ice cream (Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry) made in small batches with milk and cream from family-owned dairy farms. Then they’re partially dipped in a premium
chocolate coating to create a mini frozen treat free of high fructose corn syrup. Each 18-ounce variety pack contains 12 bars (four of each flavor). Packed eight to a case, they’re expected to retail for $5.49 to $5.99.
