New York-based Beyond Better Foods expands its Enlightened (eatenlightened.com) light ice cream lineup with four indulgent new flavors. Now available in redesigned packaging featuring vibrant colors and whimsical illustrations, the new additions include Kookie Dough, Chocolate P.B. Crunch, Coffee Toffee and Chocolate Caramel Pecan Crunch. Like the rest of the Enlightened collection, the newcomers are lower in calories, fat and sugar and higher in protein than traditional ice cream. Packed eight to a case, each 16-ounce pint carries a $5.99 SRP.
