ANGELA ROSENQUIST

After 20 years in the frozen/refrigerated foods industry, Rosenquist reports “having more fun than ever!” Getting involved in the National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association in 2003 was “one of the smartest pieces of advice I received early in my career.” She chairs the NFRA Promotions Committee and participates in the NFRA Advisory Board and Frozen Food Council. 

When asked about women in leadership, she shares, “It is important because they serve as role models in the continued growth of female career advancement. These women also reflect and represent the overall consumer base in company decision-making.” 

Rosenquist feels fortunate to be surrounded by like-minded thinkers, spending time with those on the same mission of building and growing great teams, and enjoying long-standing industry friendships. She does all this while also navigating a way to finish her doctorate.

“It’s rewarding and very important to our company’s success to encourage continuing education and growth exposure opportunities — always finding ways to keep learning and growing,” she says. “Make this year YOUR year!”
