Los Angeles-based Real Good Foods Co. (realgoodfoods.com) introduces high-protein frozen enchiladas hand-wrapped in a proprietary grain- and gluten-free parmesan chicken-based tortilla. Made with slow-cooked meats, from-scratch sauces and all-natural cheeses, Real Good Enchiladas come in four minimally processed flavors: Beef with Monterey Jack, Cheddar and Salsa Roja; Cheese with Monterey Jack, Cheddar and Salsa Roja; Chicken with Monterey Jack and Tomatillo Spicy Green Sauce; and Pork with Monterey Jack and Tomatillo Spicy Green Sauce. Each two-enchilada serving contains 20 grams of protein, 4 grams of carbs and fewer than 200 calories. Packed six to a case, each 4.7-ounce box includes two enchiladas. SRP is $4.99.
