Salisbury, Md.-based Handy Seafood and OLD BAY, the spice brand owned by McCormick & Co., Baltimore, Md., have partnered to launch two new frozen products. Handy Seafood’s OLD BAY Crab Cake features wild-caught blue swimming crab and OLD BAY seasoning. Handy Seafood’s OLD BAY Breaded Shrimp is made with shrimp lightly coated in a crispy OLD BAY panko coating. Both are touted as oven-crispy in just minutes. They’ll be available for sampling at booth 823 during Seafood Expo North America in Boston March 13-15.
