Omaha, Neb.-based DI Manufacturing (dimanufacturing.com) rolls out certified gluten-free frozen pizza under the Godfather’s Pizza brand. Made with a proprietary tapioca and brown rice base, 100% real mozzarella cheese and Godfather’s signature sauce, the thin-crust pies are available in both Cheese (14.5 ounces) and Pepperoni (15.9 ounces) flavors, both of which contain no artificial flavors or trans fat. Packed six to a case, they carry a $6.49 SRP.
