Brooklyn-based Gluten Free Easy debuts a line of certified gluten-free frozen doughs ready to thaw, fill and bake. Also dairy- and soy-free, the kosher collection includes Puff Pastry Squares (12 per 11.6-ounce package), Puff Pastry Sheets (one per 1-pound package), Pita Bread (four per 1.45-pound package) and Pizza Rounds (12 per 8.5-ounce package), all made with simple, clean ingredients. All except the Pita dough are vegan. Packed six to a case, the Puff Pastry Squares and Sheets are expected to retail for $14 to $17 while the Pita and Pizza doughs will go for $12 to $16.
