Rupert, Idaho-based Mart Frozen Foods, a subsidiary of The Mart Group, launches frozen, fully baked Idaho potatoes under the new OH!Tatoes brand that eliminate both prep time and food waste. Described as the first product of their kind in North America, the pre-washed, ready-to-heat potatoes deliver oven-baked taste and texture in less than 4 minutes. All natural, preservative-free OH!Tatoes are also high in vitamin C and potassium and a good source of vitamin B6 and dietary fiber. Packed eight to a case, each 40-ounce bag contains six to eight potatoes. SRP ranges from $7 to $8.
