Windsor, N.Y.-based Café Spice rolls out a new line of on-the-go sandwiches inspired by a popular Indian street food known as the “Mumbai Toastie.” Described as the Indian version of the grilled cheese sandwich, all-natural Naan Toasties are hand-crafted in New York’s Hudson Valley with fresh, antibiotic-free chicken and veggies; authentic Indian spices; and melty cheddar jack cheese between crusty slices of artisanal naan. They’re offered in three flavors: Chutney Chicken, Chicken Tikka, and vegetarian Cauli Tikka, all of which can be heated in minutes in a toaster oven or panini press. Shipped frozen and sold fresh, the individually wrapped 8-ounce sandwiches come six to a case. SRP
