Savencia Cheese USA, New Holland, Pa., expands its Alouette lineup with a “first-of-its-kind” soft ripened cheese designed for grilling. Crafted by French cheesemakers,
Alouette Brie for Grilling is “creamy and melty” yet strong enough to hold its iconic shape even when cooked at high heat. The 4.5-ounce wheels are the same diameter as a hamburger bun, so  consumers can cut slices width-wise to melt on top of a burger. SRP is $5.99.
