New York-based Feltman’s of Coney Island (feltmans.us), “maker of the first modern American frankfurter,” moves beyond its hot dog roots with the introduction of All-Natural Bratwurst. Free of artificial nitrates and other artificial ingredients, the thick, 100% pork, smokehouse brats are made with traditional Old World spices and a natural casing. Each 12-ounce package includes four brats. They’re currently offered online in three-, six- and nine-packs, but single packs are available for retail sale.
