Re:THINK Ice Cream (rethinkicecream.us) has introduced what’s billed as “the world’s first and only
completely tummy-friendly dairy ice cream that’s low in sugar and decadent in texture.” Fully 100,000 U.S. consumers have some level of intestinal discomfort related to conventional dairy,” says Jordan Parker, director of marketing at the Napa, Calif.-based company. She points out that Re:THINK addresses this problem because it is made with lactose-free A2/A2 dairy with no sugar alcohols to sweeten. The pints are all-natural, diabetic & keto-friendly, gluten free, infused with marine collagen & whey protein isolate. A portion of profits go to addiction treatment, animal rights/care, children’s education and melanoma research. Flavors include Almond with Chocolate Flakes, Black Cherry Vanilla, Cardamom Pistachio, Chocolate Majesty, Coconut Matcha, Coffee Hazelnut, Lemon with Poppy Seed, Mint with Chocolate Flakes, Strawberry with Chia Seed, Turmeric Ginger, and Vanilla Supreme. Here’s a look at today’s packaging; it’ll be updated this spring. SRP IS $5.99-$6.99.
