New York-based Icelandic Provisions (icelandicprovisions.com) expands its line of Icelandic skyr with additions to both its traditional and extra creamy lineups. The only skyr available in the U.S. that’s made from cultures that date back to the Viking era, the “noticeably thick and creamy” yogurt is free of artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners and preservatives. New traditional (low-fat) flavors include Berry Medley and Pineapple, both with 15 grams of protein and 10 grams of sugar per 5.3-ounce cup (packed 12 to a case).
