According to a report in The Wall Street Journal last month, logistics technology experts believe AI’s ability to process “vast amounts of data” and deliver clear, useful conclusions could be a game-changer for companies suffering from information overload.

Meanwhile, Atlanta-based Manhattan Associates, which provides transportation and warehousing management software, is reportedly experimenting with ChatGPT and similar technologies.
