Rich & Creamy Skyr

New York-based siggi’s (siggis.com) expands its line of Icelandic skyr with a new Rich & Creamy collection. Described as “satisfyingly thick and delicious,” the whole milk yogurt is made with simple ingredients and no artificial anything. Each 4-ounce cup (12 to a case) delivers 10 grams of protein and “not a lot of sugar.” Available flavors include Ripe Cherry, Zesty Lemon and Vanilla Honey. SRP is $1.89 per cup.
