FoRWARD Frozen & Refrigerated Women Achieving Remarkable Distinction: KERRY ROBB MARKETING MANAGER, NESTFRESH & NEW BARN ORGANICS 



With her background in creative design, Kerry Robb fell in love with food marketing 20 years ago. Today, she finds strong satisfaction helping brands tell meaningful stories about their products. “I love combining creative thinking with a practical business sense, and my favorite accomplishment has been leading the redesign efforts for the New Barn Organics brand.” 

As she was growing up, her parents and grandparents shared stories about being raised milking cows and tending fields. It instilled respect for brands supporting better farming practices and animal welfare. “By supporting America’s farmers through my role at NestFresh, I feel a deep sense of pride and purpose.” 

Since women comprise 50.5% of the nation’s population, their perspective is vital to helping brands understand how consumers think, Robb notes. Her advice for women on the way up: “Our perspectives matter, especially in food. Understanding how shoppers think is key to making a relevant product, so don’t be afraid to speak up and share your perspective with the decision-makers on your team.”
