Christos is responsible for the end-to-end profitable retail sales growth of the packaged, branded businesses across the marketplace. With that, comes thoughtful consideration of consumer strategies that create customer value and enhance customer partnerships. These sales efforts have contributed to historical share growth both in-store and online.
Christos is keenly aware that sustainable success, in part, starts with nurturing, sharing, and sponsoring diverse talent across the organization. She is the proud mentor of many of our Tyson leaders at all levels within the organization. Career advice that she shares with her mentees includes taking advantage of diverse functional opportunities, being purposeful and courageous in leadership moments when they present themselves and always giving glory to others while owning the shortfall of the team.
She serves as an active sponsor of Tyson’s Veterans Business Resource Group, as she is also a U.S. Army veteran. She proudly serves the food industry as part of the board of directors of the National Frozen Foods Association.
