New York-based NotCo (notco.com) debuts plant-based chocolate milk that tastes, feels, cooks and functions like its dairy-based counterpart. Developed using patented A.I. technology, NotMilk Chocolate boasts rich, creamy chocolate taste but contains less sugar than traditional chocolate milk. It’s also an excellent source of calcium, vitamin D and B12, and a good source of potassium. Packed six to a case, each 64-ounce carton is expected to retail for around $4.99. Shelf-stable single-serves are also available in several package configurations. Other NotMilk varieties include Whole, 2% Reduced Fat and 1% Low Fat.
