Moss Landing, Calif.-based Sweet Earth Foods ( launches a line of plant-based breakfast bowls inspired by savory regional scrambles. The heat-and-eat collection features three flavors made with cage-free eggs: Protein Lover’s (plant-based sausage and bacon, spinach and cheddar cheese), Southwest Veggie (poblano peppers, black beans, cilantro lime brown rice and Monterey jack) and Huevos Rancheros (plant-based chipotle seitan, cotija cheese, sweet potatoes, peppers and tortilla strips). Each 7.5-ounce bowl delivers 17 to 20 grams of plant protein and 3 to 5 grams of fiber. SRP is $4.79.
