Billed as “indistinguishable from dairy” with the same taste and texture as traditional ice cream, the newcomers include Mango Passion Fruit, Strawberry Fields, Mint Chip, Caramel Butter Pecan, Dark Side of the Spoon, and Cookies n’ Cream. Like the rest of the Eclipse collection, all six are free of common allergens, including wheat, coconut, nuts, soy, gums, gels, stabilizers, and GMOs.
