Chicago-based AYO Foods ( rolls out a trio of “unexpectedly authentic,” premium West African-inspired frozen entrees made from traditional family recipes with sustainably sourced ingredients. The nutrient-dense, flavor-infused single-serve dishes include Cassava Leaf Soup and Egusi Seed Soup (both with antibiotic-free, free-range chicken) and vegetarian Jollof Rice. Packed six to a case, each 8-ounce package is expected to retail for $5.99.
