Utopihen Farms (utopihenfarms.com), New Holland, Pa., debuts a line of certified-humane, 100% pasture-raised eggs produced by small family farms that own their own flocks. Higher in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin C and beta carotene than conventional eggs (and lower in saturated fat), Utopihen pasture-raised eggs are available in Original, Organic and Soy-Free varieties. The company also offers pasture-raised Duck Eggs with extra protein. Original pasture-raised eggs are expected to retail for $5.25 to $6.99 per dozen; organic and soy-free, $5.99 to $7.99 per dozen; and duck eggs $4.99 to $5.29 per half dozen. Original and organic SKUs are packed 15 to a case; soy-free and duck, six to a case.
