Steamable Seafood Bowls

To complement the multi-serve meals it introduced earlier this year, Seattle-based Aqua Star (aquastar.com) launches chef-designed MicroSteam Seafood Bowls that go from freezer to microwave to table in 5 minutes or less. The restaurant-quality meals feature sustainable BAP- or MSC-certified shrimp, pollock or salmon combined with veggies, spices and other on-trend ingredients, served over pasta, rice or grits. Available varieties include Shrimp Scampi, Shrimp Ramen, (gluten-free) Shrimp Pad Thai, Shrimp & Grits, (gluten-free) Salmon Teriyaki and (gluten-free) Sesame Ginger Wild Alaskan Pollock.  Packed eight to a case, the 8-ounce single-serve bowls have a $5.99 SRP.
