Chicago-based Eli’s Cheesecake ( introduces a new boxed collection of globally inspired 6-inch cheesecakes. Shipped frozen and sold refrigerated or frozen, the uncut lineup includes four flavors: Spanish-style Basque Cheesecake (21 ounces) baked in paper with a caramelized top; “bouncy” Japanese-Style Cheesecake (15 ounces), featuring a soufflé-like, sponge cake texture; dairy- and egg-free vegan Belgian Chocolate Cheesecake (16 ounces), crafted with semi-sweet Belgian chocolate and silken tofu; and creamy Salted Caramel Cheesecake (20 ounces), featuring gluten-free ingredients on a crunchy, toasted sunflower seed crust. All four are packed 12 to a case. SRP is $15.99 to $16.99.
