Bridgewater, N.J.-based Applegate Farms introduces a new line of pork sausage made from heritage-bred hogs raised outside on small, regenerative farms with no antibiotics ever. Offered under the The New Food Collective brand (thenewfoodcollective.com), the clean-ingredient collection includes four non-GMO flavors: Hot Italian, Sweet Italian, Pork Ginger Scallion, and Breakfast. It’s the first pork product certified by the American GrassFed Association. Packed 12 to a case, each 12-ounce package contains four sausage links. SRP is $6.99.
