Natural Artisan Cheesecakes

Ferndale, Wash.-based Chuckanut Bay Foods ( expands its line of handmade, artisan-quality cheesecakes with four new all-natural flavors: Maple Pecan, Orange Mimosa, Jalapeno Mango and Paradise Pumpkin. Made in small batches with rBGH-free cream cheese, butter, real cane sugar, non-GMO flour and no hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup or artificial colors, the newcomers are available in several sizes: 3-inch, 3.5- and 4-ounce single-serve (six or 12 to a case); 5-inch, 16-ounce family size (six to a case); 7-inch, 32-ounce party size (six to a case); and nine-count, 7.2-ounce bite size (six to a case). Products are available under the Chuckanut Bay brand and private label.
