Frontera Foods (, part of Chicago-based ConAgra, adds seven new varieties to its line of taco and fajita bowls and skillets crafted by celebrity chef Rick Bayless using authentic Mexican recipes and cooking techniques. Offered in compostable plant-fiber bowls, the new single-serves include Three Bean Taco (vegan), Al Pastor Taco, Chicken Verde Taco, and Chicken & Chorizo Taco; new skillet meals for two include Veggie & Bean Taco (vegan), Chicken Verde Taco and Chicken & Chorizo Taco. All eight items are made with high quality ingredients and meat from animals raised without antibiotics. Packed eight to a case, the 10.75- to 11.2-ounce bowls carry a $4.49 SRP; fully cooked 20-ounce skillet meals come four to a case and retail for $7.99 to $8.99.
