DI Manufacturing (, Omaha, Neb., debuts a pair of Gluten-Free Take n’ Bake Pizzas that allow retailers with a refrigerated pizza program to offer a certified gluten-free option as well. Shipped frozen, the 12-inch pies boast a five-day refrigerated shelf life. Available flavors include Cheese and Pepperoni, both made with real mozzarella cheese and no artificial flavors or trans fat. Packed eight to a case, the 17.5- and 17.8-ounce pizzas can be sold under the DI label or a retailer’s own brand. SRP is $8.99.
