ATLANTA, Georgia (May 23, 2013) – Americold (www.americold.com), the global leader in temperature controlled warehousing and logistics to the food industry, announces the appointment of Jed Milstein to Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, and Jeff Hogarth to Senior Vice President Asia Pacific. They will report to Jeffrey M. Gault, President and Chief Executive Officer of Americold.
Mr. Milstein joins Americold after serving as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for TransCentra, a leading billing and payments provider with more than 1,300 employees. Prior to TransCentra, Jed served as Lead Human Resource Executive for Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, where he provided strategic Human Resource leadership to several global Cerberus portfolio companies. His industry experience spans a number of sectors including real estate asset management, pharmaceutical, hospitality, banking, and manufacturing. Jed holds a JD from George Washington University Law School and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
After twenty-three years of experience with Americold and its predecessor companies, Jeff Hogarth has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Americold’s Asia Pacific region. During his tenure, he has held various leadership roles within the company and now will be responsible for the continued operational success of Americold Logistics Limited, an Americold subsidiary. In his new role, he will control twenty-seven facilities and 81.6 million cubic feet across China, Australia and New Zealand. Jeff holds a University Diploma of Management from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia.
