Garden Fresh Gourmet (gardenfreshgourmet.com), Ferndale, Mich., part of the Campbell Soup Co.’s C-Fresh division, launches two new hummus collections crafted in small batches with no artificial flavors, sweeteners or colors. The first includes three salsa-inspired varieties featuring mild, medium and hot peppers blended with rich, creamy chickpeas (Poblano Corn, Chipotle Adobo and Roasted Habanero) while the second pairs beans and lentils with specially crafted toppings (Zesty Black Bean, Tuscan White Bean and Lentil Mocha Mole). All six come in 10-ounce containers packed 12 to a case. SRPs start at $3.49. The company also debuts three new salsa varieties, including Restaurant Style (in Mild, Medium and Hot), Salsa Verde Avocado, and Mango. All except Mango are offered in 16-ounce containers packed six to a case (Mango comes in 32-ounce containers packed 12 to a case). SRPs start at $3.99. Medium Restaurant Style is also available in Organic.
